My journey – from a little girl in Brooklyn to the therapist I am today – has been colored by rich cultural heritage, meaningful relationships, and countless moments of growth. Being Puerto Rican isn't just about where my family comes from; it's the stories we share, and the values that guide me both personally and professionally.
When I'm not in the therapy room, you might find me:
Visiting NYC (particularly Brooklyn) , where my heart first learned to dream big
Getting creative with makeup and fashion (because self-expression is a form of joy!)

Cooking up traditional Puerto Rican dishes with my partner and family, because some stories are best told through flavors
